The God of My Heart

I bow down before Your throne.
On my knees at Your feet.
I have asked of all my questions.
You gently look at my eyes,
Wrap Your hands around my heart.
Healing comes from above.
How marvelous is the River of Love!

I look at You, keep questioning.
Why those people seem so right
In their unbelieving lives?
Everything just flows right.
Dear Father! I don't get it.
I don't get how I suffer.
I don't understand how I am hurt.
Every morning when I open my eyes,
Pain awaits to come in my heart.
I struggle endlessly.
I don't get it dear my God.

"My child! How shallow are your thoughts!
I love you with all of My heart,
Since the day I've had you in mind.
It's painful to look at you
Slipping down on destructive paths.
I AM your True Father.
How can I let that happen to you?
You capture My thoughts and heart.
I can never let you go astray.
For those who don't believe in Me,
And their lives are fully wicked.
The day they stand before Me,
Let judgment come upon them.
My little child!
All you sow in My Kingdom
Will never go in vain.
You have suffered in My permission,
So you can grow in My love.
Trust Me! O My beloved!
For you belong to Me.
In this life and eternity.
I want you to be with Me,
As I have declared My promises.
Neither death nor life,
Neither heaven nor earth,
Can separate you from My love.
Will you say Yes to Me,
With your unknown future?
And place yourself into My loving hands?
Will you O My beloved?

The Only If

Only if I knew where to go.
Only if I knew where I belong.
Looking around,
I'm searching,
Keep seeking.
What have I found?
I found none.
I found no hope in the world.
I found no trust in the faces.
I felt wherever I go,
Whoever I trust,
They will all dissolve.
I can't see the way.
I found a glimpse of hope.
It turns out to be no.
It turns my world upside down.
Hopes shattered.
Heart broken.
Tell me what happened!

I hear that voice once again.
" I AM here.
I AM who I AM.
I AM waiting for you.
Lean on me,
And you will find rest for your soul.
Why do you run away?
I AM here.
I AM waiting for you.
I AM in love with you.
Come to me!
I AM your family!"

Hear My Cry

Can You hear my cry?
Will You come in my heart?
I'm waiting for You Lord,
Just to tell me I am loved.
I need to be with You.
Hope is so far away
That I don't see it.
I want to take Your hands,
And put them on my heart,
To ease the pain.
I want to run to You,
So I can be wrapped in Your arms.
My soul needs the rest
Only can be found in You.

Can You hear my cry God?
Please talk to me.
Speak to me.
Whichever way it takes.
However long it may be.
I'm waiting... I'm calling out to You.
Fear of rejection,
Fear of abandonment,
Crawling up to touch me.
I am overwhelmed.
I turn to seek Your face.
Where are You Father?
The only One who hears me every time.
Where are You Father?
Please don't leave me.
I'm desperate for You.
I need You.
I need Your love.
I am undeserving.
Yet, Your grace covers all my unworthiness.
I need You my Father.
I'm seeking Your face.
I'm crying for help.
Can You hear my cry?
Can You hear this broken voice?
Will You stay by my side
As the world is leaving?
Will You be here
Next to me,
In my life,
Watching over me?
Walk with me?
Will You take my hands
And lead my path?
Will You hold me
Like the first time we've met?
Will You show me
The way of love and life?

That One Person

In the mid of storms and winds,
In the blur of the rainy sky,
I can barely see the way;
The way that takes me home.

I have searched in my heart.
So many memories.
They start to come back,
Like flood in my heart,
Sweep over my mind.
Where should I go?
What should I do?
When will it be done?
Back and forth.
Left and right.
I'm stuck in between.

There's only one place
For comfort and peace.
There's only one person
Who wants to listen to my heart.
The heart of a broken soul.
The weep of a little voice.
Starting to fade in the air,
Without any attention.
Yet, there's that one person
Who keeps calling out
For that little soul
To come to Him,
To lay down the wander,
To surrender oneself.
Loss of fleshly life.
Gain of eternity!
He weeps as I  do.
He cares more than I expect.
His love is none like other.
His eyes are gentle with love.
How can I miss...
Such wondrous love?
Higher than heavens.
Bigger than the earth.
Deeper than the oceans.
How can I miss...
The lover of my soul?

What is church?

When people hear of church, they instantly think of a big building where all "crazy" religiously people come together to worship "their" God. And these people just try to get a massive group of outsiders so they can grow the branches of the church which they are in. Several ideas come across what is church really in our society today. But that is not the question we need to ask.

The real question for us is "How does GOD want HIS church to look like?"

I believe with all of my heart, God wants to connect all of His churches together to be "the church of God". We have churches all over the nations, across the seas, etc. Yes! God wants us to all unify in ONE. I'm not saying that churches have to change all of their names, missions, etc. None of those. Im talking about all of us to stay tune to what God is doing all over the world. He wants the people in His church to stop fighting over the religions and how THEY want the church to look like. He wants us to step up and step out to serve our community, serve His people. We are members of a certain church, and we need to help build the church. I agree. However, we cannot miss the important point here. We all belong to the church of God. 

Also, as a member of the church, I do want my church to grow bigger. But I think I miss what God is telling me. A massive amount of people come to God. That sounds great! Nevertheless, God does not only wants His church to grow in the amount of people, but He also wants us to grow spiritually. There are so many times in my walk with the Lord, I tell myself only if these people can come to God and be saved, that would be nice. Once more, God convicts me of what I think. He said He does not want people to come to Him just because they feel emotional or pressured after being preached at the service. He wants their hearts to be open and He wants to touch them with His Spirit and Love. Thats how He wants His people to turn to Him, not only their heads but also their hearts. 

How Brave Are We?

How can You love me
More than I love You?
The greater love of all.
Teach me my God.
Teach me how to love,
With Your heart.
Teach me my God,
To stand up for justice,
To love Your people,
To fight for the poor,
To reach out to the lost,
To rid of myself and fill with You.
I want to boast,
I want to be proud,
For You are my God
And the way You love.
I want the world to know.
There is a God above,
And He loves us all.

Can you hear me world?
There is a God above.
He loves each of you.
He loves us all,
With all of His heart
And all of His mind.
Yes! He loves us all.

Are we brave enough?
To look into His eyes,
And tell Him
I am Yours,
As You are mine.
Are we brave enough?
To declare to others,
He is our God.
We love Him
Since He first loves us.
Are we brave enough?
To put down our lives,
Dreams, and desires.
And tell Him
Have it all Your way!
Are we brave enough?
To be out and in.
Out of our lives,
To be in His game.
Are we brave enough?

His Commands

Hesitation!
Get out!
Why do you doubt?
Do you doubt God?
Or are you doubting yourselves?
God says,
"Go!"
So we must go.
The words at His lips
Are greater than the doubts of our hearts.
Stop fearing!
Start trusting!
Walk by faith,
And not by sight.
Keep jumping out.
Keep getting up.
Come to His arms.
Be present to Him.
Be ready to move.
Come to Him!
He believes in you.
Doubts and fears,
Are big in your hearts.
Yes! Our God is bigger.
He is greater.
He is able.
He is possible.
He is the Lord of Lords,
King of Kings.
His words command,
You all get up.
Put on your shoes!
Equip with faith.
Move forward!
Spread the Good News!
You must go.
As He says so!
